Lead - Human Resources - Learning & Capability Building - Leadership Development - Conglomerate

A very renowned conglomerate into multifarious businesses wishes to hire the Lead of L&D and capability building for the Group for its Indian operations.

The incumbent would be responsible for :

- Designing & Delivering the Learning and Development (L&D) vision for India in line with Talent and Organizational Effectiveness road-map for Asia Pacific & Africa.

- He/she would be working towards building Talent Capability and contribute to the growth agenda of the organisation.

- Establishing the Learning Management System. Developing and Deploying learning curriculum.

- Developing Competency Frameworks and Leadership Development workshops.

- Facilitating External Bench-marking Studies related to making the organisation an employer of choice in field of Talent Development .

Experience and background :

- MBA / Masters in Organisational Psychology with 8-12 years of post qualification experience. A seasoned and mature L&D professional.

- Must have exposure to new age models of learning.

- Must have specialized in L&D methodologies and OD interventions
