RESPONSIBILITIES :
Human Resources :
- Handle end-to-end onboarding of new hires and support employee engagement throughout.
- Develop and Nurture a Great Place to Work culture through the employee life cycle.
- Maintain robust HR policies and processes for regulatory compliance and audits in Hyderabad and Surat.
- Coordinate with team and stakeholders to achieve timelines and deliverables of the role.
- Make high-judgment recommendations in the absence of clear guidance from leadership.
- Develop project plans, secure resources, and collaborate effectively across stakeholders and teams to define strategy, goals, and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
- Support the team in designing and maintaining the TA performance scorecard with the HR Analyst.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics and business trends.
Talent Acquisition :
- Understand the business and develop a solid knowledge of the roles.
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle - candidate attraction, sourcing, and intake meetings with managers, shortlisting, interviewing, offer negotiation/closure, and onboarding for different functions across the organization.
- Maintain a healthy sourcing mix by leveraging various cost-effective hiring channels; invests time in direct sourcing and building a pipeline apart from using other cost-effective channels like referrals, online job portals & social media.
- Identification of partnerships with universities and colleges and development of such relationships to build effective pipelines.
- Knowledgeable and skilled with recruiting tools and systems, ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, trackers, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain a good offer-to-join ratio; responsible for keeping all the candidates engaged during the notice period through regular touch points.
