Human Resources - Lead

- Develop and deliver a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that integrates and closely aligns with the business strategy

- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals

- Lead the execution of HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management

- Manage the Human Resources Budget

- Partner with Talent leadership and specialty groups, including People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, HRBP's, Learning and Development to anchor and manage key people projects

- Continually strives to improve all HR processes and programs, and identify and implement new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and other processes

- Directs the development and establishment of adequate and equitable personnel policies throughout the organization, including compensation policies and employee benefit plans which will enable us to attract and retain talent

- Drive a performance oriented culture which ensures linkage between individual goals and organizational objectives by promoting fairness and transparency in the process and open communication between all parties involved
