A Leading Ed-Tech Company is hiring for a leadership role in HR, based in Pune. This role would be responsible for handling two regions/ states. We are looking for candidates from 2011/2012/2013 batches from premier B Schools only. Briefly the role would be responsible for the following: - Build and Implement new HR strategies to create a high performance and conflict-free workplace. - Be a retention Champion and manage attrition for the region - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity - Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. - Identify training needs, evaluate training programs and help organize training development initiatives for teams and individuals. - Manager regional talent acquisition and recruitment processes with TA COE - Provide strategic guidance in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues - Improve job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities. - Improve policies and procedures
