Overview/Purpose of the profile
Our Client seeks an experienced HR professional to lead our Client's HR function. The purpose of this role is to continue providing a direction to the team while also ensuring that the current operations are continuously improved
The Lead-HR will be responsible to deliver through the team majorly for the following areas:
1. Recruitment: Creating and implementing scalable recruitment process to ensure timely:
a. Fulfilment of Geographic expansion requirements
b. Fulfilment of existing geography natural churn
c. Fulfilment of Head Office indents
2. Performance Management: Ensuring that we maintain the Performance Oriented Culture through progressive techniques that are used currently and promote the same.
3. HR Operations: Ensuring uninterrupted HR operations including but not limited to below:
4. Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the statutory compliance related to HR
5. Process and Policy Streamlining: Ensuring continuous improvement in all HR related process based on:
a. Industry best practices
b. Local challenges specific to our organisation
6. Culture: Ensuring a culture that is in line with the company values-Empathy, Integrity and Pursuit of Excellence
Educational qualifications, Experience
Age range Preferably under 35
- Graduation Any Graduate
- PG MBA with HR specialisation (XLRI, TISS HR graduates of batches 2008-2013 preferred)
- Min Experience 5 years of work experience in HR with minimum 2 years of Hand-On Operations experience
- Relevant Experience Experience of handling a team of 3-7 members is desired
- Experience in fast paced startups and/or handling rural employee base will be preferred
Skills required :
- Data Driven Approach towards decision making in all HR areas
- Comfortable with fast paced organisation developments and ability to keep HR practices in line
- Highly proficient in MS-Excel
- Ability to constantly solicit feedback from field teams and make necessary changes and adjustments
- Non-negotiable: People Friendly, Process Oriented (All processes in place + operational adherence), Experience in Training
- Must Haves: Understanding of Letter and Spirit both, Experience of rural setup across any industry (to check adaptability, context, and exposure), Flexible to quick changes in a dynamic scenario,
- Good to Have: Experience as a trainer, Experience in hands-on HR Operations
