Job Description :

- Our client is a profitable start up in the deep tech space and has a fast growing business.

- Funded by marquee investors and seasoned founders, they are currently looking for a mature HR professional to drive HR agenda in the organisation working closely with the leadership team.

Client Details :

- Our client is a leading player in a niche deep tech domain and have clients across major global corporations. They are currently series A funded and backed by marquee investors.

- To further boost their already profitable business, they are looking to double the team size in next 12 months and are looking to hire a mature HR professional with prior experience of working with other start ups in technology domain to join their team quickly.

Description :

- Reporting into the founders, you would lead the HR agenda within the organisation and be responsible for employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, talent acquisition etc.

- You will set up HR policies and will be expected to build and grow HR team.

Profile :

- 12-15 years experience in HR post Tier -1 MBA is a must

- Prior experience as HR Lead or HR business partner in an start up environment

- Strong business acumen with ability to manage diverse stakeholders

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Candidates with short notice period will be preferred for the role

- Our client is looking for a mature HR leader with ability to set up and drive processes in a fast paced environment.
