Lead - Human Resource - Staffing Firm (5-10 yrs)

Experience Required : 5 to 12 Years; Experience in Product based or logistic/delivery companies preferred.

HR Lead will report directly to CBO

The Human Resource Lead will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy and processes

- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiation, offer roll outs, onboarding, stakeholder management, and vendor management.

- Own pan India recruitment efforts across offices for all sort of roles

- Coordinate with function heads to understand roles; and develop, update and finalize job descriptions and job specifications.

- Work closely with senior management including C-level

- Build, manage, coach the recruitment team to drive desired results

- Meet recruitment metrics: timelines targets, headcount targets, quality targets

- Monitor and apply recruitment best practices

- Development assessment methodologies, assessment tests, etc for each position

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team and the Hiring Managers.

- Deliver delighted experiences to candidates

- Be evangelist of the company and build relationships with candidates

- Manage recruitment tools such as ATS, Aptitude testing tools, etc

Skill Set :

- Proven 5+ years- recruitment experience in tech industry

- Excellent leadership skills with track record of team management

- Solid ability to conduct interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with various selection processes

- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate

- Management Systems (CMS).

- Have experience in market research & analytics for recruitment.

- Have corporate / product/ IT experience with recruitment.

- Experience with bulk hirings/location specific hirings.

- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information

- Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills.

- Ability to drive hiring managers & teams to hiring decisions in a timely manner.

- Ability to work across multiple divisions such as Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.

- Desire to develop into one of the most strategic recruiters in the tech.

The company was founded in 2017, as a startup we are providing electric scooters on rent to customers. It pivoted from B2C to B2B in November 2019.
