- Should have handled, HR Operations & Team Lead, BGV, HRMS, documentation, letter issuances, Pan India Compliance, compensation benefits, Payroll, handle end to end HR back office operations, 18+ years experience, should have managed a team Responsible for all end-to-end Corporate and Senior Management hiring for the organization

- Direct reporting team members and reporting to the VP of Human resources

- Strategically streamlining the entire recruitment process to meet the timely meet the human resource requirement of the organization

- Involved in the coordination with the candidate and stakeholders during the recruitment process to enhance overall experience of candidate and stakeholder
