Lead - Human Resource Operations - Consulting Firm (4-7 yrs)

Looking for an HR Operations expert with 4 to 7 years of experience for a renowned consulting firm. The job location is Gurgaon.

Please note - Only the Hardcore HR Operations expert's profile will be assessed.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Manage end to end onboarding process- joining formalities, documentation, orientation

- Manage the BGV process for new hires

- Manage and maintain 100% accuracy of employee data. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure accuracy of employee data and files

- Provide support & documentation as per requirements of various finance & statutory audits

- Monitor & maintain the leave management system

- Initiate & provide support at global & local HR and employee engagement activities, e.g. Alumni mgt, Town halls etc

- Partner with insurance team on medical insurance and manage the entire employee documentation and database

- Work on metrics based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations, which helps create value for business leadership.

- Work on a variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility etc

- Work on monthly people related dashboards presented to business

- Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes

- Train other HR team members on tools as and when required

- Occasionally will be expected to assist and support other HR functions

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations & Reporting

- Sound understanding of HR function, fundamentals and processes

- Proficient in excel, PowerPoint with the ability to manage MIS and reporting

- Hand on experience in HR Systems

- Effective verbal and written communication

- Detail orientation, analytical bent of mind, organized, strong team player and customer orientation

- Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing projects

- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment with a great number of professionals
