Company: A leading Manufacturing Company Role: Lead HR- AVP Location: Udaipur Key Responsibilities Strategic - Actively support Corporate HR &amp; central HR Centres of Expertise with business-specific insights, to formulate HR practices, initiatives, systems &amp; processes - Drive, monitor &amp; strive to enhance HR service delivery excellence for all departments &amp; locations within the LoB as per the established organizational standards &amp; norms - Collaborate with business leaders as the LoB's HR strategic advisor to provide people context for functional decisions - Analyze the business and identify opportunities to deliver value-added HR services and recommend innovative initiatives to the HR Centres of Expertise Operational&amp;Financial - Drive all HR activities for the business in line with the design at corporate including talent acquisition, talent management and employee lifecycle management for the white collared employees of the LOB. Exposure to Success Factor HR modules preferred. - Develop performance metrics to accurately measure the effectiveness &amp; efficiency of HR service delivery within the LoB - Track&amp; monitor key HR performance metrics &amp; report to the leadership - Monitor efficiency of HR service delivery through regular data analytics - Proactively track gaps between designed &amp; actual service levels of HR processes like recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance management, exit, etc. and drive process improvement initiatives - Foster the acceptance of HR initiatives and implementation in their function, drives appropriate journey management and provides function-specific inputs for appropriate implementation planning - Drive the implementation of key HR initiatives for capability development for their line of business - Define HR requirements and provide business insights to their LoB lead - Support the LoB Head with relevant HR data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions - Ensure that the LoB HR team operates within the set HR BP budget People - Promote knowledge sharing within and across the team - Facilitate initiatives for training need identification and building requisite skills &amp; competencies through systematic training &amp; skill-upgradation initiatives for the team - Actively drive, in conjunction with the Senior Management Team, the performance management process of the team - Recognize &amp; reward excellent performers &amp; affirm key contributions of employees toward the achievement of goals &amp; objectives of the team - Inspire &amp; motivate employees through a demonstrated commitment to PI's values, vision &amp; mission and active participation in various team engagement activities Profile Requirements: Educational Qualification: - Master's degree in business administration (HR preferred) Previous Experience: - 15-20 years of experience in human resources function Preferred Industry: - Any industry preferably Pharma API OR CHEMICALS Behavioral and Leadership Competencies:&nbsp; &nbsp;- Excellent written and verbal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and leadership competencies
