Lead - Human Resource - Management & Investment Consultancy (15-18 yrs)

About our Client:

Our client is one of the leading management and investment consultancy and is very well reputed for being a Fortune 50 company. They are known for top pedigree talent and being the trend setter in the industry from a thought leadership,innovation and people perspective. They have a multi geography presence with headquarters in US and are currently looking to hire their India HR head based out of Mumbai.

Role :

Reporting to the India GM (Partner) and regionally to the functional Head, your responsibilities will include:-

- Consulting from HR standpoint to clients in varied sectors

- Internal HR, compliance, statutory requirements and being a true HR business partner to internal team

- Being the HR representative from a leadership perspective to the region

- Working with internal teams on investment thesis strict ally from a HR standpoint

Ideal Candidate:-

- You should have 10-15 years of experience only from top pedigree Indian B Schools or Ivy league universities. 


- You should be engaged currently with top 5 Management/Business consultancies/Executive Search Firms (must have CEO or board consulting experience) or should have been in a role earlier where you have consulted clients across sectors along with a good mix of Hr Business partnering role as well. 


- Bluechip companies/pedigree education is important for the mandate. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and come across as true HR business partner with great level of credibility with leadership teams.
