This position will be reporting directly to the Owners and Directors of Fabjewels Job Description: - As an HR Lead the expectation for the incumbent is to understand of the Business and have the capability to manage talent according to the business and organization imperatives. - The incumbent should have the ability to not only come up with ideas & solutions but also have the energy & enthusiasm to translate them to action. - Person should be a go-getter and have a high say-do ratio! - Drive people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training & Development. - Manage a team of 4. - Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control. - Design and lead the engagement charter for the account. Help career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs. - Track trends in employee concerns / behaviour and proactively address them. Gather feedback to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps. - Ensure Business compliance and employment guidelines norms, 100% closure of HR SLAs (attendance, payroll and other employee processes) Requirements: Must haves: - 10+ years of experience in as a HR generalist /HR business partner - Experience working in a leadership role involved in strategic and operational decision making, thus supporting CEO/ - Head of organization - MBA with HR specialisation from Tier 1/ Tier 2 universities - Fluent verbal and written communications in English Preferred : - Strong quantitative background for managing Compensation and Benefits
