Key Role and Responsibilities:


 - You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting - direct sourcing and through recruitment partners - Manage end to end hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations to on- boarding

- Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time

- Co-ordinate work closely with the founders to undertake manpower planning identify current and future human resource requirements - Identify right talent pools, undertake benchmarking of peer organisations to help define company's hiring strategy

- Support the company in various other HR functions e.g. Performance management, compensation & benefits management, employee onboarding, employee engagement etc. - Set up best-in-class company-wide HR systems, policies and processes

Skills/ Qualities Required: 


- Ability to identify talent and establish fit with company - Ability to take initiative and work independently

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen interest to work with different cultural groups - Strong learning attitude

- Understanding of general human resources processes, policies and procedures - Aptitude in problem-solving and creative thinking

Preferred experience :

- 3-6 years experience at an early stage startup

- Experience working with a Recruitment firm a plus , Expertise in headhunting of Mid to Senior level personnel (range of Rs. 15L - 60L) - Degree/Post Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology a plus
