Lead - Human Resource - IT (15-18 yrs)

Global Head HR :

Our client is one of the leading IT companies in India. They have around 25+ offices across 12 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 40+ countries. They have emerged as a leader in new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML).

Presently, they seek to hire a Lead HR for Europe and UK geography. The role demands management of complete end to end HR for this region. It will report to the Head and MD and will have a team of 2/3 people reporting to him.

KRAs of the role are to :

- Work collaboratively with executive management, line managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

- Manage employee relations issues for international staff, including coordinating and engaging with HR staff based three. In conjunction with legal department and local counsel to ensure compliance with European and international labour laws, supporting audits as necessary.

- Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, development of HRIS, field office employee manuals, benefit summaries and compensation guidelines;


- Maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform key decisions.

- Manage the recruiting, selection process, and on-boarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions.

- In consultation with the legal department, resolve complex employee relations issues (such as harassment and discrimination allegations) in a balanced, fair and objective manner, using appropriate counselling, investigative, intervention and mediation techniques.

- Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans.

- Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and training for domestic and international staff.

- Manage compensation and benefits administration, according to the rule of the land.

- Other HR related tasks and initiatives as may be assigned from time to time.

Ideal candidate MUST have MBA degree in HR and minimum 4+ years of onsight end to end HR Management with overall 15+ years' experience. Deep understanding of European, UK labour laws, cultural environments and employee management in this region is desirable.
