You Will :
- Responsible for building, training and leading the HR team
- Highly-motivated self-starter with passion of creating a leading people culture
- Build on organisational values of compassion, innovation and performance-driven work culture
- Partner with leaders across to define organization culture and values for the company
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, collect and utilize data to improve delivery and understanding of core HR processes and influence business outcomes
- Influence and coach the client groups in continually raising the hiring and developing top talent bar as we scale our business.
- Strong orientation to creating positive work environments through effective employee engagement practices.
- Extensive experience using individual talent and organizational capability assessment tools and diagnostic instruments.
- Demonstrated experience in setting vision, strategy, tactics and delivery.
- Demonstrated change management acumen and capability.
