Industry: Hospital (open to other industry experience)
HR Lead is responsible for creating, maintaining and motivating a winning organization for the business
Description of roles and responsibilities:
- Define HR strategy in line with business objectives
- Ensure organization is employer of choice for doctors, nurses and other staff
- Help employees unlearn old practices and adopt new practices
- Create culture of customer service excellence and focus on clinical outcomes
- Organization development & Learning & Development
- Define, recruit and on-board / induct organization for the business
- Assimilate new practices and employees into existing business; minimize employee turnover
- Define and document HR policies
- Prepare organization for rapid scale up and roll out of multiple centers
- Employee engagement and motivation including special focus on doctor engagement
