- Strong understanding and knowledge of HR policies and proceduresJob Responsibilities:
- Managing HR operations across employee life cycle; recruitment, payroll & HR compliance.
- Create SOPs, streamline processes to enhance employee experience
- Understand how the current company culture is influencing the work and what steps a company can take to periodically evaluate how culture is performing.
- Develop / Establish a relationship with Universities, Institutes, Vendors to facilitate timely recruitment
- Performance / Talent Management
- Design a Reward & Recognition Program to increase employee engagement
- Compensation and Benefits Process Review and industry benchmarking
- Identify, plan and administer effective Learning & Development programs to ensure that employees have necessary skills and knowledge to meet the organization's business objectives.
- Ensure Compliance to relevant statutory laws like Labour Law, PF, ESIC, The Factories Act, The Payment of Gratuity Act, The Payment of Bonus Act etc.
- Successful candidates will be expected to get a good understanding of - As Is Situation- and the business of the company besides developing good working relations with stakeholders in the short term.
- In Medium term to long term, she would have successfully rolled out impactful HR processes/strategies in line with the Organisation's vision and requirement.
Reporting of the role- This role reports to CFO India
