Lead - Human Resource - BPO/ITeS

Our client is a leading outsourcing firm based in Mumbai. The role will broadly be responsible to set up the HR function and manage end to end employee life cycle for the business.

Responsibilities:

- Partner and work closely with business and functional heads to set up the HR function for the shared services vertical

- Set up the HR function in accordance with the group HR policies and processes

- Responsible for the entire gamut of the HR function

- Provide strategic guidance and execution to drive growth, excellence and development

- Establish an HR in line with the business strategy and company's vision, values and culture

- Develop robust and sustainable HR frameworks for better efficiency and effectiveness

- Design, monitor and review all talent programs

- Manage to end to end employee life cycle, identify and address all talent related needs

- Act as a liaison between the group/ central functions and the vertical

- Represent the centre/ group for HR projects and work with project management resources to design and implement the same

- Support in driving change through communications focused on people related impacts

- Support scalability plans to accommodate changes and transformation

- Ensure a high degree of compliance and application of local legal, regulatory and employment practices

Experience & Skills:

- 8-10 years of HR experience

- Full time master's degree/ equivalent from Tier 1 or 2 institutes

- Should have some experience in a shared services/ captive environment

- High energy and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

- Must have strong HR functional knowledge and an analytical mind set

- Should have a good blend of strategy and execution

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in change management and conflict resolution

- Ability to communicate effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries
