Lead HR Shared Services - Global MNC - Bangalore/Chennai

- Drive and manage end to end HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.

- Working closely with the leadership, you will be responsible for scaling up the shared services set up along with HR business partnering and managing global stakeholders.

- 10-15 years of experience with global companies in shared services set up

- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering

- Ability to work with multiple vendors to drive solutions

- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
