Lead - HR Operations for a Reputed Retail Client
1) Leaded HR Operations for a workforce of more than 1000 employees & should have handled a team of 2-4 employees
2) Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, right from onboarding, hiring, confirmation, transfer, promotion, increments, separations
3) Responsible for payroll and Time office management for more than 1000 on-roll employee
4) Payroll and Life cycle management in SAP-HR and related systems like success factors, ESS, Fiori etc
5) Drive all required changes in existing HRMS system and integration with other enterprise systems
6) Develop and manage HR Analytics and MIS framework - Automated to the extent possible
7) Manage the Annual appraisal and compensation revision cycle
8) Ensure complete accuracy in employee master data at all times
8) Must be proactive identifying the gaps, liaising with corporate as well as the regional operations and HR teams in ensuring timely execution of various HR policies and program
9) All HR records and Returns are maintained regularly and timely within expected time frame
10) Person should have excellent team management and interpersonal skills
11) Should have worked as the SPOC of a multi-locational business
12) Ability to work on large amount of data and Data Analysis
13) SAP HR implementation experience will be considered as an added advantage
