- To perform human resources related duties at the professional level and carry out responsibilities in the following areas but not limited to: day-to-day management of HR operations & Compliance, benefits, implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with the company's core value.
- To set and monitor contract compliance under The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970
- To co-ordinate with Business and Vendor for getting respective vendors complied as per applicable labour laws
- Carrying out Monthly as well as Periodic Audit of Vendors
- Ensuring excellence in service delivery for HR Process, Process Governance and Quality Monitoring.
- Knowledge of basic taxation & exposure to payroll processing
- Coordination with central accounting and costing teams for proper accounting & reporting of salary cost
