Purpose of the role:
- Owns specific work streams within the context of a larger projects
- Manage and mentor team members to deliver projects efficiently
- Manages internal processes necessary for successful project implementation
- Performs complex analytics/design and works autonomously, with little or no guidance
- Performs research needed to execute projects
- Documents project activities to adhere to controls processes
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to increase adaption of analytics in decision making
Scope of role:
- Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing strategies specifically on use cases in HR, Internal Audit and AML with respect to different aspects
- Design and deliver solutions to pitch right offer to the right customer thorough the right channel to ensure maximum conversions
- Provide data driven solutions to solve the typical problems in HR, Audit And AML
- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics- including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical/ ML models using Python/ R / SAS & other tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.
- Build Application/ Behavior/ propensity scorecards leveraging traditional and ML techniques.
- Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
Desired Candidate profile:
The desired candidate must have
- MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics etc
- BTech or bachelor's in Computer science or any other stream
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Predictive modeling skills, both traditional and ML techniques
- Knowledge of SAS/Python/R
