- To Handle talent acquisition mandates from clients.

- To conduct executive search across industry, functions and role.

- To handle end to end recruitment of various positions across industry.

- To ensure smooth selection and onboarding process for Corporate clients.

- To ensure complete delivery of services as per given mandates.

- Preparing management review data on a monthly basis

- Recruitment MIS data presentation to the top management

- Standardized monthly recruitment MIS
