Education & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HRIS / HRMS administration or implementation or certifications within ISO / GDPR / PCMM / Compliances / Audit
- Experience with specific HRIS / HRMS systems (e.g., Zoho, Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Prior working experience with Founder's would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration and Maintenance:
- Manage the HRIS / HRMS software, ensuring it functions optimally and is up-to-date.
- Configure system settings, grant access permissions, and manage user roles.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve problems.
- Ensure data integrity and security, implementing and maintaining data protection protocols.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS/HRMS
- Strong understanding of GDPR laws and regulations
- Perform data audits and ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and reporting.
HR Process Support:
- Support HR processes, such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR data and trends.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR and other users of the HRIS/HRMS.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS/HRMS-related inquiries and issues.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure that the HRIS / HRMS complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on HRIS/HRMS best practices and industry trends
- Having strong understanding of the Statutory compliances, Labour Laws, Disciplinary Actions & enquiries, handled IR disputes, Licences & registrations required nationally (as per each state / UT), dealing with Government authorities, ISO certifications, setting up ICC / POSH Ethics, Processes and committee's
- Mandatory requirements as per state / UT / central government regulations and authorities
- Conducting regular HR/ ISO Audits and setting up the SOPs and training other HR Colleagues
- Can propose PCMM / CMMi or any other values certifications for both employee and company benefits
Project Management:
- May lead or participate in HRIS/HRMS implementation projects, system upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Proven experience in coaching high-performing leadership teams
- Proven experience in successfully driving organizational change, and in translating business objectives into effective HR strategies
