Job Summary:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure conformity with regulatory and internal standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with compliance partners, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory inquiries and audit findings.
- Collaborate with compliance partners and the legal team to ensure compliance with all state and national statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance risks.
- Implement corrective measures to mitigate identified risks and ensure non-conformity is prevented.
- Work with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver compliance training programs.
- Educate employees on regulatory requirements and ethical standards, fostering a compliance aware culture.
Skill Sets:
- Good understanding of statutory employment & labour laws at local, state & national level.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in human resources- compliance, or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Graduate any discipline.
- Preferable undergraduate/ PG in law.
- Certified compliance professional is a plus ability.
