MBA HR tier I HR inst from IT/ITES/KPOs/BPOs /HR Consulting firms Indian and Mnc with 12-15 yrs exp in building a CoE for Change management, talent management and people strategy vertical on a global scale to be based in Mumbai .

Knowledge of balance score cards, psychometric assessments methodologies is highly desirable, Experience of working in the areas of MDP & PMS is mandatory .
