Lead - HR Business Partnering - IT/Telecom - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI (6-10 yrs)
- Lead strategic people Priorities
- Manage senior stakeholders independently
- Be the bridge between the CoEs(Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and C&B teams).
- High on empathy to understand the pain points of internal stakeholders and have a problem solving approach
- Leads a team of HRBPs including remotely stationed HRBPs
- Work with Global HRBP leaders to align priorities for the region
- Report to - Head HR
Education Preference - MBA from a Tier 1 institute like (XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI,etc)
- Preferred experience in Product /IT Telecom Product
- Candidates with exposure to Consultancies and IT companies will have an added advantage
