Provide end to end HR support and ensure that all business needs are met. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business or HR related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience as a Business Partner or an HR Generalist - Hands-on experience and capability in working with a non-represented workforce and providing strategic support to business leadership. Demonstrated experience also providing this level of support to a represented workforce preferred. - Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. - Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation. Manage and maintain compliance matters.Applicable previous experience identifying/resolving performance issues (proactively and reactively) and performance improvement plan administration. Preferred Qualified: - Master's Degree in business or HR related field - Large company HR experience in a COE / Shared Services environment - Proven success interfacing with leaders at the Senior MGR / DIR level and influencing a business plan - Proven experience developing and executing HR strategy that aligns with business priorities - Proven ability to provide executive coaching and partnership with senior business leadership - Familiarity and/or experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - standard work, Gemba, Process Mapping, Kaizen, etc.
