HR Business Partner & TA Technology
Role : Lead HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition
Key Focus Areas for the role :
- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line : Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding
- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Manage HR BP activities focusing on PMS,Talent Management & learning
Skill Sets we are looking for :
- 10-15 years of experience in Tech recruitment & HR Business Partnering with focus on mid to senior level hiring
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing HRBP & TA process end to end
- Should have experience in hiring and business partnering in Technology domain
- Should have hiring experience for Niche roles in Technology domain
- Excellent stakeholder management
