Lead - HR Business Partner - Supply Chain (10-15 yrs)

The role is responsible for independently leading the HR team across the geography and partner with the business to ensure effective implementation of HR plan in line with business priorities by providing human resources services, including large 3PL manpower management, vendor management, employee life cycle management and responsible for addressing compliances & driving HR initiatives at geography.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Build a strong HR team in regions across geography to ensure best business partnering and execution standardised HR processes

2. Review effectiveness of talent acquisition, & retention strategy for critical positions across Region

3. Build a sustainable strategy & programs around large 3PL manpower to ensure business continuity and effectiveness

4. Review and advise on 3PL management, compliance and IR/ER across business. Ability to review contracts and agreement and able to think through challenging situations in 3PL management

5. Partner with cross functional leadership team in corporate office and in geography to effectively deliver business objectives and HR programs

6. Strong exposure around Environment management, blue collar manpower management and statutory compliance

7. Lead and support on a continuous change management on structures & key people decisions to drive effectiveness

8. Co create a robust Talent Management strategy and programs along with central HR team for staff and 3PL staff.

9. Establish a culture of performance and role clarity, measure of KPIs, rewarding performance & managing low performance

10. Co create training plan with central L&D team to drive performance, skill enhancement, dynamic manpower and other initiatives for long term organization sustainability and manpower fulfillment

11. Field Visit: Regular & Random visits to locations/offices/facilities/warehouses across various Supply chain formats Give constructive suggestion to reframe process and policies from time to time

12. Review HR & ER compliance including basic HR hygiene factors and audit requirements

Nature and scope of work :

1. Strong business partner and Stakeholder management at large set up

2. Expertise in Human resources, labor laws, 3PL management

3. Strong conceptual ability to think through potential challenges and complex problem-solving experience or ability

4. Experience in driving change and integration

5. Ability to interpret and analyse numerical data and information

6. Strong leadership quotient - Impact & Influence
