HRBP Lead - Sales Vertical - This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement. - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. - Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding the team for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Analyze and act on feedback from sales about the quality of recruiting, hiring and development activities for Sales that HR performs. - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Leads in culture and high performance team building initiatives aimed at building a 'People First' environment rooted in organisational values. - Builds close relationships with key leaders; acts as a trusted coach and advisor. - Supports day to day business needs and leads ad hoc projects.
