Our client is one of the leading Indian NBFC into consumer finance & commercial lending.
Job Profile :
- Lead the HR function for Wholesale lending (Pan India) and for the other lending products across South and West zone
- Manage staffing for the enabling functions (approx. 30 hires a year)
- Partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce
- Liaise with cross functional teams to understand the expectations from HR
Candidate Profile :
- 12-15 years of strong business partnering experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic partner to business and high operational excellence
