Role: Lead - People Business Partner (HRBP)

Reporting To: Head - PBP & ER
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end People Business Partnering for all units in the Integrated Supply Chain & Manufacturing (division.
- Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and structured talent acquisition.
- Manage performance & talent management including goal setting, calibrations, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Execute the Talent Refresh initiatives - career pathing, role mapping, culture study, and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to organizational design and change management.
- Conduct employee engagement & career 1-on-1s in partnership with ER & L&D teams.
- Monitor people processes, streamline TATs, and work closely with CoEs and HRIS teams.
- Own and deliver firmseople objectives, learning plans, and team development initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
- MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing plant.
- Proven track record of handling complex HRBP mandates in large-scale manufacturing setups.

- Deep understanding of Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and HR operations.
