- Strategically manage end to end employee life cycle as an HRBP with prime focus on running Performance Management, Talent Management and OD for the organization.
- Reporting into the Head HR you will manage various business stakeholders and work with leadership
- 5-10 years experience as an HRBP specializing in Performance Management, Talent Management & OD
- Experience working in a Tech-Product/ Internet based start up organizations is a must
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities required
