A leading FMCG wishes to hire an HR Business partner for Sales and marketing function for India.

The incumbent will working closely with the leadership team and be responsible for :

- Complete employee life cycle,

- Career development initiatives,

- Development Centers,

- Manpower management and Budgeting,

- Recruitment,

For the Sales and Marketing BU in India.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA HR from any of the premier institutes with 2-4 years post qualification experience in an organisation of repute.-

- Must have handled HR operations for a large sales set up / SALES HR.

- Experience in Strong process oriented organisations, having partnered closely with Sales, managing their talent processes
