We are looking for an HRBP lead for our IT team of around 100+people. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, promoting a positive work culture, and fostering employee engagement and development.

Job Summary : As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our organization. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with managers and employees, managing HR programs and initiatives, and driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Business Partnership:

- Develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs.

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to help achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.

2. Employee Relations:

- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on employee relations matters.

- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and provide timely and effective resolutions.

- Conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

3. Talent Management and Development:

- Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.

- Implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.

- Identify training and development needs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
