Job opportunity in Mumbai, Gurgaon & Bangalore for a graduate from tier 1 institute to take the role of a Lead - HRBP, holding 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering.

LOCATION: Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore (Working remotely for the time being)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance while analyzing trends and metrics in HR department

- Addressing the grievances and actively working on employee relations

- Working closely working with management and employees to improve work relationships, increasing productivity and morale

- Evaluating training needs and training programs

- Working towards new strategies in terms of HR Business Partnering and employee relations

REQUIREMENTS:

- Full time MBA from tier 1 Institute

- Total HR experience: 10 yrs. with min 5 yrs. in HRBP

- A strong knowledge of HR Functions and best practices

- Excellent people management skills
