Industry Background - Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking, and other White Goods.

- As HRBP Specialist, your role will be key to driving seamless talent management practices & crafting unique engagements and growth for every individual member of the team.

- Developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy. Defining engagement and growth strategies for every member quarterly.

- Improving the Employee Engagement Index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and making a calendar of activity to continually drive positive employee experiences.

- Initiating and implementing innovative team-building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index.

- Building feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue. Synthesizing engagement data and developing clear stories for stakeholders.

- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality - Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360-degree feedback discussions.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication etc.

- Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

Critical Skills :

- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills/ comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modelling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards

- Passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Curious about metrics, execution processes, people trends.

- Excellent communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.

- Commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics.

- Positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.
