Lead - HR Business Partner - Compensation & Benefits (9-12 yrs)

As an HR Business Partner, you will have a unique opportunity to strengthen the business by ensuring the right people agenda. You will partner business leaders, utilizing your strong grasp of engagement, organizational development, change management, rewards and performance, talent management and leadership development.

- Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.

- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency

- Taking timely decisions on managing performance, in alignment with organizational objectives

- Partner in enabling culture for high performance and assists in building the right organization

- Be a trusted advisor and communicate policies, procedures, culture, etc. to new and existing employees.

- Manage and resolve ER issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws and policies

- Partner with HR COEs on various HR programs, this may include - HRIS, performance management, compensation and benefit, HR compliance and audits, enterprise wide management/leadership initiatives, talent developments programs, workforce planning etc

- Provide strong functional leadership, strategic oversight, and work on the development of pay, reward, benefits and performance strategies for the organization.

- Should have good understanding for various compensation (short term & long term) reward strategies

- Supervise Payroll / Responsible for all statutory compliances
