Job Summary:
As the Lead - HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, engaging, and contributing in retaining top talent. You will lead our HRBP strategy, oversee HR Business strategy efforts across various functions and levels, and champion initiatives to enhance our employer brand. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry's talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HRBP Engagement Strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- To ensure alignment with best practices and high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify current and future HR needs, anticipate skill gaps, and develop proactive plans.
- Manage end-to-end processes, including PMS / C&B / Stakeholder relationship / EE / ER / R&R / HRIS / Employee excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to understand hiring requirements and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Implement innovative HR systems and leverage industry networks to attract, alliance and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Continuously assess and optimize processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall HRBP effectiveness.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Build Process and workflow to enhance performance and productivity
- Design content relevant to how to conduct interviews and work enhance success through panel interviews
- Collaborate with the People Function team on various succession planning initiatives
- Structure and execute continuous campus hiring supporting TA Team
- Design and manage HR strategies and referral programs supporting TA
- Design and track metrics for Stakeholder Reporting and MIS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is a must.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or E&E or related streams or BCA /MCA/BSc/MSc is desirable
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HRBP, with a focus on POSH / Ethics Committee. Search within the automotive industry or semi-conductor or any product & services industry related field or any high growth services oriented industry ++ start up experience would be an advantage and preferably having experience of working with Start-up Entrepreneurs ++ experience of having International HRBP experience with in organization
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
