Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and implement People and Culture agenda which supports the company's mission and strategic vision.

- Partnering Across All Functions Businesses to Build People Framework for Diverse teams.

- HR Business Partnering With the Business Leader/s to Understand the Talent Priorities And Drive Actions to Address the Same

- Talent Acquisition ; Implement appropriate strategies for recruitment of quality hires across functions regions, further supported by the right induction and onboarding processes. Manpower planning forecasting basis business needs, Talent acquisition across levels within defined TAT.

- Co-owing along with Talent Acquisition Lead business leaders in building the employer brand (by building new age and innovative people practices)

- Talent Management ; The incumbent will be required to drive the key strategic agenda at the region such as building functional capability and strengthening the leadership pipeline and ensure development pf high potential employees

- Employee Engagement Retention ; The role entails driving the employee engagement survey to understand the voice of the employees and roll out corrective/developmental actions that have a positive impact of employee engagement and thereby productivity retention.

- HR Compliance policies implementation; Implements and recommend necessary changes in HR Policies.

- HR Operations: Responsible for smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, covering but not limited to pre-joining formalities, induction, and on-boarding processes for smooth integration of new joiners in the company.

- Implementing and Driving HR Programs and in Some Cases Also Act as a Spoc for Certain Critical HR Processes

- Driving Adherence to HR Process, Metrics, and Plan

Qualification Experience:

- MBA in HR with 7-10 years of Proven track record of successful implementation of people strategy, programs, and initiatives. Should be from Start-up only.

- Deep functional expertise in the following areas (Strategic HR, Business Partnering, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Talent management, HR Operations).

- Demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of the business/function and ability to balance it with HR priorities/initiatives

- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communications skills to manage effective stakeholder relationship
