About Our Client:
- Our client is a manufacturing organization with revenue of more than 2k Crore. It is headquartered in Belgium. The organization is looking to hire for the role of Head of Information Technology based out of Mumbai.
- Job Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for leading a team to champion technology excellence in various business processes across the globe.
- Define the overall IT strategy and roadmap
- Understand business and stakeholders- requirements/objectives and align the IT objectives to the same
- Make the business grow with the help of IT and initiate digital projects and processes across the organization
- Work with different stakeholders/ vendors and make the optimum use of their services
- Lead a team end to end
- Work, research and evaluate new tools and technologies
- Change management
Required Skills:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT
- Minimum 13 years of relevant experience along with rich leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal, team management experience, Change Management
- Have faced challenges
