Size of the firm from which the applicant(s) hails from should not exceed 500 people. 3. Since this is a US based firm, the work timings are from 12 NOON until 9:00PM. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Must have experience in retaining employees by maintaining good employee relationships. - Must have experience in defining and implementing KRAs/KPIs for IT services company. - Experience in creating HR policies for performance appraisal and evaluation within an organization. - Must have experience in establishing HR tools and processes surrounding performance mgmt. - Should have worked for a small company of 200 - 400 employees. - Should be from an IT Services company - Should be a Policy bound solution provider - Salary benchmarks, Salary negotiations, Compensation etc would be a plus. - Good Communication Skills - Good experience in HR operations and managing a HR team. - TA (good to have) - Experience of Background checks, Reference checks Qualification: - Must have 8 - 15 years of experience in HR Operations. - Strong experience in Performance Management
