Designation: Head of Digital Marketing
Key Responsibility:
- Line function responsibility of marketing and CRM: customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels
- This is a strategic role which will play a key role in the continued growth.The key purpose is scaling the overall business with a special focus on overall Marketing while anchoring on digital space.
Day to Day Responsibility:
- To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company's digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web and e-commerce to drive the business forwards through keymarketing channels.
- Design, implement and manage online marketing programs focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition.
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies and create an advantaged digital marketingeffort.
- Manage SEO and SEM
- Build and own the brand while generating positive buzz in and around the platform
- Leverage a "Test & Control" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.
- Propose new marketing program ideas and then secure support from stakeholders to fund and execute these programs.
- Create feature specification documents for changes to the website and develop ad copy, landing pages, banner creatives and other marketing collateral.
- Be updated with the new trends and processes on marketing and use the same to push the company's marketing agenda
Skills / Qualification / Experience:
- Should have hands-on experience inmarketing including digital marketing.
- Should have a proven track record - shown impact through marketing.
- Candidates from premier institutes preferred.
- Should have great communication and leadership skills.
- Should have managed teams in the past.
- Had worked with Google analytics and has deep knowledge on its usage
- Should be able to own the entire brand with ease with a sense of ownerships
- Out of box- thinker with creative mindset
