Key Responsibilities :
- Creating & selling structured, customized solutions aligned with Clients business goals.
- Responsible to maintain and execute an active pipeline of programs in partnership with institutions (corporates/foundations), U/HNI donors and delivery organizations.
- To understand potential institutional funders philanthropy goals and help design highly impactful, innovative and high return on funding programs.
- Own the end to end relationship with funding partners right from initial discussion to proposals to contracting to management in delivery.
Candidate Profile :
- Intense desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society.
- Excitement about building a super scalable model of impactful institutional funding practice with an unique non-profit/startup teams of India.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to hold conversations, negotiate and convince Senior C-suite stakeholders and the ability to become a trusted advisor to clients.
- 10-15 yrs of strong consultative sales / B2B sales/business development/partnerships background.
