We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead for the E-Commerce / Retail business of Roar for Good (www.roarforgood.in), an exciting Fashion & Lifestyle Startup based at Mumbai (in Vikhroli West). This Fashion & lifestyle brand will have Apparel, Footwear & Accessory products available online and in MBO, Own store & Franchise outlets within India & abroad.

As a Growth Associate at Roar for good you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by managing the entire ecommerce stack and spearheading initiatives across sales and marketing.

We are seeking a self-motivated and analytical individual who is eager to take ownership of key growth projects and drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve our growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

E-COMMERCE STACK MANAGEMENT:

- Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.

- Monitor website performance, load times, and responsiveness, and take corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, and revenue.

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Track daily performance against sales goals.

- Gather customer feedback and market research to inform product development decisions.

MARKETING STRATEGY:

- Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital advertising, content marketing, and email marketing, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and conversion-focused content.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.

- Provide regular performance updates to leadership and recommend adjustments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in any ecommerce field.

- Proven experience in ecommerce management, sales, marketing, or product development.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
