Lead - Growth & Monetization - Online/eCommerce

We are currently retained by a leading tech based start-up in the country (well-funded and established) to hire a Growth and Monetization Lead for them.

- This role requires someone who has proven experience in driving demand and User Growth, managing P&L and Growth marketing to scale the business.

- This role will encompass overseeing business expansion, formulating go-to market strategy, improving key metrics, digital marketing and acquiring new customers.

- The role provides you the opportunity to work directly with CXOs to assist them in sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Aspects of the role :

- Tap unidentified growth opportunities. Lead strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape and cross-business segment opportunities.

- Develop and execute online campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels.

- Drive demand, business growth and revenue.

- Collaborate with Technology, Product Management and Marketing teams to drive future roadmap.

- Provide leadership to sales and marketing, including objectives and strategies for new launches, entry into new markets, customer acquisition strategies etc.

To fit the bill :

- You must be a BE/MBA from Tier 1 institutes.

- A minimum of 12+ years of exp. in building business and P&L management in tech based product companies.

- Proven experience of working on demand side of marketplaces.

- Strong business acumen.

- Have strong communication skills.

- Can thrive in a fast paced environment and is open to challenges.
