We are seeking a data-driven and creative Lead Growth Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies. You will play a key role in scaling our growth across DTC and omnichannel platforms, while working closely with performance marketing, content, product, and customer experience teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of growth funnels, digital marketing, and a passion for skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on new customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and collaborate with media buying agencies or internal teams to optimize ROAS.
- Lifecycle & CRM Marketing: Lead email, SMS, and loyalty marketing programs, including segmentation, journey building, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Website & Conversion Optimization: Partner with product and UX teams to improve on-site conversion rates and user experience across desktop and mobile.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign performance, channel attribution, and customer behavior across the funnel.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Product Development, and Community teams to align brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Influencer & Affiliate Growth: Collaborate on performance-based influencer campaigns and affiliate partnerships to drive incremental growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or consumer DTC space.
- Proven success managing 67 figure monthly digital ad budgets with strong ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify/Shopify Plus, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and make fast, informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO, etc.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends is a strong plus.
