Lead/Growth Manager - Digital Acquisition - Online/eCommerce

Job Description :

- To lead Digital Acquisition Strategy for the company

- To Create roadmap for customer acquisition with focus on ROI.

- To Manage end to end acquisition funnel, right from Driving traffic website to converting leads through assisted sales via call centre.

- Work closely with Creative team to develop content that can drive traffic and help in acquisition.

- Work with affiliates to drive acquisition and build robust fraud detection model in acquisition.

- Should have strong knowledge of Pixel and tag management through Google tag manager

- Should have work on attribution modelling through Google Analytics.

- Should have experience on building CLTV model and drive cross sell, upsell, retention strategy for the company.

- Work closely with digital product team to enhance acquisition journey and our web presence through robust SEO strategy.
