Lead/Group Manager - Business Planning & Governance - IT/ITeS (10-18 yrs)

Position: Lead / Group Manager, Business Planning & Governance

Reports to: Head of Business Planning & Strategy matrixed to the CFO/CEO

Team: 1-2 people

Experience Level: 10 + Years (MBA), Tier 1 IT / ITES / Product

Location: Preference is Nagpur / Pune

About the organization: Founded in 2004, headquartered in USA, with offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia catering to Data & Analytics Services.

- Only looking for Nagpur / Pune / Mumbai based candidate who can join immediately / Within a month. The candidate should be from tier 1 IT /ITES company.

Job Description :

- Planning and Governance - 50%

- Anchor Strategy Refresh, Integrated Planning Cycle

- 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan

- Assist in Leadership Team KRA setting

- Monthly Org dashboard review - Provide Analyst Commentary

- Running LT exec offsite every quarter

- Run Portfolio, Regional Business Meet

- Augment CEO Bandwidth by running Transformational initiatives as needed

- Work with CEO on communication- 50%

- Communication plan, what needs to be communicated to what all forums

- What type of communication to what type of roles/bands

- Set up one to one, one to group meetings with clear agenda and context,

- Anchor LT weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings

- Governance of important & critical CEO meetings with various stakeholders across the
 organization

- Execute ad-hoc operational tasks related to data analysis, issue resolution etc. with urgency based on CEO inputs

Skills :

- Ability to quantify and articulate data, help in data driven decision making

- Demonstrate quick learning and grasping management and technology

- Expertise in Excel reporting and similar analytics tools

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Good EQ and soft skills.

- High energy level, experience in facilitating meetings, good interpersonal skills

- History of good collaborator across functions

- Management skills including prioritization & execution excellence

- Experience in driving independent internal & external communication.
